- Plans for asset transfer, shepherding through the gauntlet: (armored car service), and allows them to accomplish multiple purposes, including: beginning with “you first.”
- Provides risk transfer, contingency plans, or hedges to ensure that even if the plan doesn’t work out, the heirs will end up with the same results as if it did.
- Provides Estate Planning Scheme/Tool/Vehicle benchmarking service.
- Provides securing and unlocking of business value including transitioning CEOs, and does wealth preservation planning for CEOs.
- Provides troubleshooting, efficiency, and financial gatekeeper service.
- Provides integration of the process, advisors, and multiple elements and components, homing in on interdisciplinary tripwires as well as the leveraging opportunities.
- Provides a wealth preservation diagnostic simulation to uncover where clients stand today and projecting into the future vis-à-vis original dispositive intent and current dispositive intent, including additional planning opportunities that may be available.
- Provides tailored “non-lawyer” solutions from the CFPIT® Solutions Toolbox:
- CFPIT® fortifies and augments plans (tools/strategies/instruments/entities) with greater certainty, flexibility, and preferability, all in tandem, by reconfiguring some of their existing assets. This gives clients the results they want, in the manner they want, with the ability to change them when they want.
- CaFaP fortifies and augments plans with greater certainty and/or flexibility and/or preferability individually, with OR without reconfiguring any existing assets.
